"The Clinton Primer" for those that are too young to remember but can now vote:
Amazing to me how much we have forgotten!
When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over a health care reform. Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn’t even get a vote in a democratic controlled congress. This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $93 million in cost for studies, promotion, and other efforts.

Then President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general. Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood – both were forced to withdraw their names from consideration.

Next she chose Janet Reno – husband Bill described her selection as “my worst mistake.” Some may not remember thatReno made the decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco , Texas resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children.

Husband Bill allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights Commission. Lani Guanier was her selection. When a little probing led to the discovery ofMs. Guanier’s radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration.

Apparently a slow learner, husband Bill allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations. She chose former law partners Web Hubbel for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the White House staff, and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department. Her selections went well: Hubbel went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign.

Many younger votes will have no knowledge of “Travelgate.” Hillary wanted to award unfettered travel contracts to Clintonfriend Harry Thompson – and the White House Travel Office refused to comply. She managed to have them reported tothe FBI and fired. This ruined their reputations, cost them their jobs, and caused a thirty-six month investigation. Only one employee, Billy Dale was charged with a crime, and that of the enormous crime of mixing personal and White House funds. A jury acquitted him of any crime in less than two hours.

Still not convinced of her ineptness, Hillary was allowed to recommend a close Clinton friend, Craig Livingstone, for the position of Director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of about 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies (Filegate) and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, suddenly Hillary and the president denied even knowing Livingstone, and of course, denied knowledge of drug use in the White House. Following this debacle, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office after more than thirty years of service to seven presidents.

Next, when women started coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and rape by Bill Clinton, Hillary was put in charge of the “bimbo eruption” and scandal defense. Some of her more notable decisions in the debacle was:

She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit. After the Starr investigation they settled with Ms. Jones.

She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor. After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr's investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs.

Hillary’s devious game plan resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for 'lying under oath' to a grand jury and then his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives.

Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating, “I do not recall,” “I have no recollection,” and “I don’t know” a total of 56 times while under oath.

After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork that she had stolen.

You should give the President what he needs and what works.
I see no signs of Kushner being detrimental.

Other than healthcare - most of that cut and paste you share is pure crap. BTW - Republicans' heads were exploding over her role in healthcare. It's not like they quietly just accepted it.

What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

Imo this is an enemy of my enemy scenario, we need that kid to keep the Bannon wing down, and erode trumps populist base. Let's not disrupt a working dynamic if you told me almost a 100 days in, all trump has to show for is some eo' s , a failed health care bill, and bombing Syria, couldn't have drawn it up any better.

Cool Analysis | Here’s why the FBI is likely to be interested in Jared Kushner’s meeting with Russians

“Having been involved in many counterintelligence cases in the past, I know what the Russians try to do. They try to suborn individuals, and they try to get individuals, including U.S. persons, to try to act on their behalf, either wittingly or unwittingly. And I was worried by a number of contacts that the Russians had with U.S. persons. And so therefore, by the time I left office on January 20, I had unresolved questions in my mind as to whether or not the Russians had been successful in getting U.S. persons involved in the campaign or not to work on their behalf, again, either in a witting or unwitting fashion. And so, therefore, I felt as though the FBI investigation was certainly well-founded and needed to look into those issues.”

In other words: When the Russians want to spy or meddle in other nations' affairs, their go-to move is to find people from that nation to cuddle up with — or to blackmail, if it gets to that.
And sure enough, Brennan said, Russian officials started holding meetings with members of the Trump campaign.
Analysis | Here

And BTW~ Sessions and Kushner did not disclose their meetings with Russians on their security-clearance forms.

Right, russia calls the FBI and tells them to watch the would be Boston bomber and the 17 federal agiencies find no problem with the soon to be Boston Bomber that Russia made an effort to warn them about.

Now that same agency is going to investigate some guy with due diligence and make kushner more of a threat than the Boston bomber

Default Congressman Ted Lieu: Kushner Should Have His Security Clearance Revoked, Resign and Be Prosecuted

https://twitter.com/tedlieu/status/868270544092708865

Prosecution is for lies and omissions on Kushner's Security Clearance form, a serious offense.

Also from Reuters today:

"The head of Russian state-owned Vnesheconombank, Sergei Nikolaevich Gorkov, a trained intelligence officer whom Putin appointed, met Kushner at Trump Tower in December. The bank is under U.S. sanctions and was implicated in a 2015 espionage case in which one of its New York executives pleaded guilty to spying and was jailed."

You know something stinks when the in-law of a president-elect meets with a spy banker. You can smell the corruption from here.

Default Kushner - Subversive conduct, and attempts at "Concealment of Treason" - for Party,Selfish Political and Financial Gain

The media needs to get over the game or trying to call this naivety, He will not be excused!!!! This criminal was trying to back door American, and gain for himself profits in the process of undermining our institution of government. Where are all the Right Wingers who whine about justice, suddenly they are now silenced! when Justice is to come to one of their beloved Criminals....

He is certainly guilty of Subversive Acts against the American nation and its people.
Subversive = seeking or intended to subvert an established system or institution.

Concealment of Treason
Under section 40 of the Criminal Code
, any person who;
(a)
becomes an
accessory after the fact
to treason or
(b)
knowing that any person intends to commit treason, does not give information thereof with all reasonable dispatch to the President or Governor of the state or a Peace Officer, or use other reasonable endeavours to prevent the commission of the offence, is guilty of a felony and is liable to imprisonment for life

What is: Offense of Treasonable Felony:

"An act that shows an intention of committing treason, unaccompanied by any further act to carry out that intention. This offense results in life imprisonment rather than the death penalty"

Additionally, Are they not aware, they are themselves guilty of aiding and abetting ongoing criminal conduct. Are they aware as such participants, they too in a just system could be and should be charged with the RICO status, of aiding and abetting an ongoing criminal endeavor and enterprising program. (The Kushner Family trying to profit by collusive means as a claimed associate of an official of the United States Government and now the Brother caught in a back door web of trying to set up to subvert the American system of governance, and play favors for financial backing !!!! )

One has to consider these acts in their extremity... It is premeditated and ongoing criminal conduct!! All the RICO status should be invoked against this Administration along with ALL the other charges.

Kushner should already be "IN JAIL"... !!! He can get the Cells ready for Trump, Flynn, Sessions, Maniford, and one can't just let his wife go free, because she is in it up to her eyeballs. "pretty" won't excuse one in this situation, so forget what she looks like. complicity is certainly of the top order, for her and her brothers as well.

Any and All of the Republicans in their Party System that backs him, blocks information and fail to move forth to push charges are themselves guilty of collusion to damage the United States and its Governance system.

Their names are well listed, by their Republican Declaration of Party Status. In a fair and just system of Democracy, they too should have the charge of accomplice in collusion of backing, protecting and obstructive justice, in support of Subversive Acts with Treasonous Conduct against the United States of American, Its Citizens and its Interest.
Are they not aware, that America's currency is backed only by the Confidence Global Nations have in America, of which they have diminished and desecrated, which could send American into financial ruins. The level of egregious acts of subversive and treasonous conduct would receive the harshest punishment under the guideline of Accomplices unto acts of Subversiveness and Treason.

This would too entail, the guilt being equally placed upon the Republican Congress for their role as accomplices during and after the fact, by their rubber stamping such conduct and aiding and abetting such egregious acts of subversion against the United States and the people whom support the basis of our Democracy.

Since Republican & Deep Core Right Wingers are always talking about "the letter of the law"... (lets see how well you like the real truths of the law). We have "A Criminal Regime" in the Highest Office of the United States Government.

Trump's Presidency should be Nullified !!! and any and all acts and appointments engaged as a President, should be IMMEDIATELY Rescinded.

The Office of President should go to Former Vice President Joe Biden, and an Election scheduled for 2018 to Elect a New President to be inaugurated in Jan. 2019.
