That Trump values Kushner's opinion is no reason he should have security clearance.

Trump valued the opinion of Carter Page, Manafort, Flynn... and who knows how many other Russian agents.

Ted Lieu is a bald faced liar who should be both thrown out of Congress and court martialed. But since he's a progressive anti American anti-Trumper the left will put him on a pedestal.

"I have filled out these forms before. They are known as SF86 forms. One of the main reasons that you have this form is to figure out if this person had contacts with foreign officials," Lieu explained.
Dem Rep: Kushner's security clearance should be 'revoked'

Yes, it absolutely should be revoked!

Funny, with little effort we can find MANY dems who have had to go back and "correct" their records because they "forgot" something or submitted the wrong info and nary a word from you.

I wonder why?

Hell, Guitner screwed up his own tax filings and was made the head of the IRS.

They word "hypocrite" comes to mind.

Prime example that either the Trump campaign didn't know how to 'vet' ANYONE or that Trump had NO problem with Russian influence in the election and his campaign.

Paul Manafort is going down.

HOW did he end up as Trump's campaign manager?

Word has it he's ready to talk. OH, and he just registered as a foreign agent.

Trump has **** poor judgement.

Carter Page? Puhleeze. Who in the WORLD would cite him as their 'foreign policy advisor'?

Donald Trump is either stupid or willing to support traitors. Or both.

This actually is not all that unusual; the Clinton administration was famous for poorly completed and untimely security paperwork submissions when it was getting underway.

And exactly what security clearance does this Kushner guy have? A temporary/provisional S one, or a final, adjudicated TS/SCI?

Kushner was an international businessman from the private sector. Suddenly he is hired into the White House and faces a zillion page form that all of us in the government know about, but people with no government experience find to be mind-boggling.

Apparently he was nice enough to tell the Bureau that he might have to supplement his filing. And final clearances aren't granted until the full SBI is finished and adjudicated. So why is this Lieu guy running his mouth off?

Maybe in lieu of Kushner, we should be looking at Lieu... (Sorry - couldn't hep myself.)

That's a flat-out lie! I am against any lying, corrupt politician, regardless of party, as my posts here prove!

The more I think of this, the more outlandish this is.

Trump values the opinion of Joey No Socks and Don King. Should they be privy to national security information as well?

It should be illegal to give a president's relative too much power. Many countries do that formally or informally.

Well, JFK appointed his brother, Bobby, as attorney general. He said he was the only person he trusted enough. But it's easy to see where it can lead: to a country governed by an oligarchy. Sort of like the royalty that we had to get rid of with the Revolutionary War.

Actually, I like Kushner but his past should be investigated just as closely as anyone else's and he should be held to the same standards.
