Oh, please. The facts are out there and have been spelled out by more than a few people, some of whom are lawyers and some of whom are investigative reporters. It is a fact that Trumps servers were "hacked into" (do you like that term better than "wire tap?") and the conversations between members of the Trump team were being listened to.
Just because you choose not to believe it doesn't change it one iota. You can listen to your MSNBC or CNN (or whoever else you want to) who have lied to you continually, and they are never going to acknowledge what most of us know, because they belong to the Opposition Party who is involved in an attempt to take down Trump and subvert our government and his administration. It's just that simple.
All those networks are the same ones that told you Hillary was winning and was going to win in a landslide. So, why should you believe them?
I'm sure you don't listen to Mark Levin, a Constitutional lawyer (and a damn good one) who made the case against the Obama administration who engineered this. And Obama also made an eleventh our rule change that permits the sharing of classified information among people who never before had access to it. Now why do you think he did this just days before leaving office? That's what I and many others want to know.
We need an Congressional investigation into this, because this is a matter of national security, to say nothing of the ethics involved regarding the tapping into the phones and computers of the opposing Party.
Head should roll, and especially Obama's, if it can be shown that he had some direct involvement in this, or knew about it and did nothing. He ought to be jailed.
Then why didn't Trump turn in his evidence? You may have to give it to him.
If there isn't a penalty, a sanction of some sort, a lot of people will go around believing that what Trump tweeted was true.
But...but...but...you and your ilk are telling us all that you think everything Trump says it's a lie! So how can it be possible for you and your ilk to ever believe him? You can't have it both ways.
I knew that nothing good was going to come from microwaves.

It may turn out that the first major legislation to be passed as a result of Trump's presidency is to limit the power of the president and/or the US intelligence apparatus.

He was probably referring to "you and your ilk" and not himself........
His penalty for posting falsehoods would be the same as yours for posting falsehoods.
He is not the President.
