This is common. Look at what happened to Kucenich after he was honest about Obamacare.

Talking Bannon Tells Trump: ‘Keep a Sh*t List’ of Republicans Who Opposed You

Before he ever took office, tRump invested a helluva lot of his energy into cultivating powerful enemies within his own party.

Now that he's sitting in the WH, he still hasn't figured out that allies are an advantage and enemies are an impediment. Just look at how he's worked at p*ssing off Britain, Germany, Australia, etc.

Meanwhile, his opponents in the GOP kicked him right in the nards yesterday.

And he hasn't learned a thing.

So, go ahead, tRump.

Keep up the "winning strategy."

It's so amusing.

Just another example of the liberals double standards. Where was your outrage over the Clintons enemy list? Oh that's right, they're democrats so they get a pass.

Following in the footsteps of his hero Hitler? Bannon is a white power nationalist, so it makes sense.

The Night of the Long Knives was a purge that took place in Nazi Germany from June 30 to July 2, 1934, when the Nazi regime carried out a series of political extrajudicial executions intended to consolidate Hitler's absolute hold on power in Germany. Many of those killed were leaders of the SA (Sturmabteilung), the Nazis' own paramilitary Brownshirts organization; the best-known victim was Ernst Röhm, the SA's leader and one of Hitler's longtime supporters and allies. Leading members of the left-wing Strasserist faction of the Nazi Party (NSDAP), along with its figurehead, Gregor Strasser, were also killed, as were establishment conservatives and anti-Nazis (such as former Chancellor Kurt von Schleicher and Bavarian politician Gustav Ritter von Kahr, who had suppressed Adolf Hitler's Munich Beer Hall Putsch in 1923). The murders of Brownshirt leaders were also intended to improve the image of the Hitler government with a German public that was increasingly critical of thuggish Brownshirt tactics.

This is the real reason Trump wanted the vote to go forward even knowing it wouldn't pass. He wanted those who oppose him on record, so he knows exactly who to go after in the future.

This, my friends, is why the GOP will get nothing accomplished. Trump only cares about "winning." He has no interest in governing, or even attempting to unite his own party, much less the country.
perhaps trumps biggest error to date has been bringing Bannon with him. Bannon does not care about the US, GOP, TRump. Bannon cares about burning the world.

Trump has one good play that could turn it around. Fire everyone of the alt right idiots and bring in real politicians that actually know what they are doing.

They dont even know how to cover up properly.

Trump should be trying to bring his party together so they can pass their agenda instead of creating this "you're either with us or you're on our sh*t list" environment.

But hey, I'm good with him not being smart enough to do this. It means there are more epic failures for the GOP going forward. That works for me.
This isn't about uniting a party. It's almost impossible to unit around healthcare, it's loser of an issue, which is why nobody is that eager to stick their necks out for it.

People like Trump that get things done can identify who can, and who can't makes things happen. These people also identify who the dead weight is, and who is fighting you. Once you know these things, you can plan to deal with these people accordingly.

Smile Bannon seeking to compile an enemies list

Even assuming the vote would fail, Steve Bannon wanted the vote on health care to go forward to expose and identify the Nay voters in the Republican party as he is compiling an enemies list.

For me this brings up bad memories of the Nixon days.
