Well as expected the Dems are still marching in lock step to block everything and anything Trump. This time it was a vote against Neil Gorsuch for the Supreme Court.
What a cluster. Soooo when the GOP is forced to take the "nuclear option" and appoint Gorsuch will the Dems still fight on to have him removed or will they ignore any decision that he is involved in?

What a bitter mess.
The GOP reaps what they sow. I don't care if the GOP takes the nuclear option, I think they will regret it later. What they did with the Merrick Garland nomination and frankly eight years of GOP lockstep actions warrants being treated in kind. As a Dem, I don't mind seeing this one bit. Maybe Gorsuch will pass, maybe he won't but the GOP needs to expect they will be treated the same way they treated Dems the last eight years. No apologies.

I think Gorsuch will get through.
But every time a Republican talks about "unprecedented obstruction" I just want to scream "Merrick Garland!" in their face.

He may but if they torture the GOP for a while, it would suit me fine. If they force nuclear, fine. I fully support any actions they take with McConnell and Ryan. Maybe the government gets shut down. What we saw is the GOP got to behave horribly and were not punished by voters in any way. That demonstrates that Democrats have no obligation to make the GOP's lives any easier since the GOP owns everything.
