I'm curious about that too.

Amen.

To look the other way the last few years was a moral outrage.

They should have the right to be safe in their own country.

Seriously?

Trump's stance on issues changes with the wind. Anyone with a brain knew he would get into office and have no backbone. He does whatever benefits him politically.

Paul and Sanders stuck to their guns during the entire primary, and have done the same in the Senate.

^What the crap happened to this ^
What Trump said was written FOR HIM by someone with a specific agenda--to get Trump elected...
And what happened was Trump GOT ELECTED...
A 70 yr old "Boss Baby" who has been itching to have something come out of his administration that seems successful and commanding...after having 4-5 high level staffers forced out, after having health care go down the drain, after having his TWO travel bans stopped cold, after having to go nuclear in the Senate...

They STILL don't have a COHERENT foreign policy plan--
What happened in and of itself was not such a bad thing---
But the question is what happens next---
What happens if those missiles struck nerve gas tanks and civilians/soldiers will be endangered?
What happens if some of the ground deaths involve soldiers from other countries?

We might have been the first wreck in a 40 car pile up on the interstate...

Kind of what I was wondering. I didn't vote or support Trump, but I had hoped Trump would limit our military interventions overseas. There is no win for the US being in Syria. Let Russia have that mess.

How many civilians have died because of Assad and all of a sudden because he used a gas attack it's too far? Haven't millions of people died?

Assad is a nutjob, but he's likely the only chance that county has at any stability and we keep kicking the legs out from under him in hopes of getting a moderate democratic friendly government, well that's not going to happen. Syria is already the new Iraq.
