The birther-in-chief is following the propaganda playbook of dictators. He is attempting to delegitimize the free press and the judiciary with authoritarian tactics. Thankfully, we are in fact, operating as a Democracy with separation of powers and he is going nowhere fast with is bull-****. He will continue to enrich himself though, which is what he came in to do.
Why do you call Trump the "birther-in-chief" when Trump had noting to do with the "birther" movement? In fact, Hillary may have had more to do with the "birther movement" than anyone. But clearly not Trump.
I guess it's just convenient to blame Trump for whatever you can?
What do you think about what's been going on in Berkeley and "the free press" or "freedom of speech?" Who is delegitemizing the free press but the ones who publish lies? It would seem that they are delegitemizing themselves, would it not? There is no crime in pointing out lies, and it is not in violation of anyone's Constitutional rights to do so either.
Perhaps you should have gone out to Berkeley to defend Ann Coulter's right to give her speech.
Some judges are also delegitemizing themselves by acting outside of their authority. Trump has the right to speak out against this, as do I and everyone else who is (and there are a lot of us, some with a lot more power than I have).

You clearly did not do well in your studying. And the judiciary is a CO EQUAL branch, not the weakest. Heck thats high school classes.

This video explains that the three branches of government are NOT "co-equal" and were not intended to be, and it also explains that the Judicial Branch is the branch with the least amount of power. In fact it goes so far to say that the other two branches don't even have to abide by its rulings because the Judicial Branch has no power to enforce it's rulings!
