Excuses.......don't you get tired of them? Ever? As long as jobs are here they will come.

That's it -- walk into company...this person is illegal -- fine for you -- where are they -- hello sir come with us.

Company then will be forced to e-verify.

Come on now -- it's not difficult and a whole bunch easier and cheaper than building that freak'n wall....
If a company is willing to hire someone with a fake S.S. number, there will be plenty willing to hire people with none.

Unless the consequence if caught is severe enough to deter the prospective employer...fines just won't do it..jail--that's the ticket.

True -- the fine has to be significant.

Many companies don't know it is fake because they don't e-verify.

Exactly...pretending to not know what is usually right in front of their faces....is to the companies benefit--that's why there is such a passive/aggressive resistance to making E-Verify mandatory.

When real world consequences rear their heads, companies will start taking our laws seriously.
Executives and HR who hires the illegals.

I never said I wasn't for e-verify. I am! Some illegals and their employers will still get away with it by working for cash. Removing the job incentive will not deter criminals and terrorists from getting into our country via our porous southern border, thus the wall. Freak'n wall? How many times do I have to post these links for you and yours to stop remaining in denial? Why do you anti-wall people not want us to complete the 700 mile long wall already approved by congress?
