In the musical version of Trump! the actor playing McMaster's role needs to speak like a mouse.
When I read this, "Springtime for Hitler" immediately came to mind.

Another pile of nothing from the liberal media
Quote:
In a briefing outside the West Wing on Monday evening, National Security Adviser Gen. H.R. McMaster denied an explosive Washington Post report that President Donald Trump disclosed "highly classified" intelligence to Russian officials last week.

"There's nothing the president takes more seriously than the security of the American people," McMaster told reporters.

"The story that came out tonight as reported is false," he added.

Trump has been gaslighting the country since he started his candidacy. Now every time a story comes out against Trump the supporters rally around the 'fake news' claim because the orange man can do no wrong.

He is not putting America first, he is putting his ego first and the country at risk.

"Allegedly" is a term used by news organizations to report something that has occurred but not been proven in a court of law. That does not mean the event did not happen, this is only written that way in order to protect themselves, so they cannot be sued for reporting with malice.

You are parsing words when Trump admitted it happened and as usual he contradicts his representatives, who report something else.

Once again another lie from Main Stream Media.....they take an event, and blow it way out of the ball park, b/c they want people to hate him....

The President's own words....so we'll see if he is lying

As President I wanted to share with Russia (at an openly scheduled W.H. meeting) which I have the absolute right to do, facts pertaining to terrorism and airline flight safety. Humanitarian reasons, plus I want Russia to greatly step up their fight against ISIS & terrorism.

Let's wait and see what happens now?

Yup, Trump just threw ANOTHER member of his team under the bus.
Must be getting crowded under there.
How soon before his team members begin leaving en masse?

In that open meeting, with only the Russian press?

So what do you think will happen now? The ally who provided this information and told us not to share it with anyone will not be angry and not withhold future intel from the US? Or that any or our allies are not thinking the same thing? You don't need a crystal ball to figure out what happens now.

So let's break this down chronologically.

1. Trump violates the trust of an ally intelligence source to brag to the same Russians that Michael Flynn and others are in trouble with, giving up highly classified information. This occurs within 24 hours of firing FBI director James Comey for investigating Trump and his campaign on Russian collusion.
2. The Washington Post reports the intelligence breach, making sure to put in the article that no specific sources were mentioned, and that the president didn't do anything illegal just by giving out the information.
3. The IC and media goes into a frenzy because, though not illegal, the release of such information is a clear violation of trust between the source and the US government, which was not authorized to release the intelligence given to them. The breach represents an unprecedented action by a sitting president, one that threatens to undermine the US' entire global intelligence network and endanger the nation and every American life at home and abroad.
4. Trump supporters claim the story is "fake news" and that the Wapo's sources are "anonymous" and false (they aren't), and many argue that the president has the authority to give out any information he wants- which isn't even the base problem and something the Wapo article already addressed.
5. McMaster gives a half-***** non-denial denial by denying something the article didn't even claim happened.
6. Trump admits the story is true.
7. Trump supporters talk about Hillary Clinton and continue to say this is fake news, anyway, thereby sealing their reputation as traitors themselves more concerned with Trump's reputation than they are the safety and national security of their own nation and everyone in it.
