Maybe I have a better memory than you.

I don't know that those who are buying Trump's line of BS have any standing to be calling other people fools. But whatever.

I just watched the Franken and Session interchange on the TV. Sessions clearly stated he had not communicated with Russians.

7 weeks later, the Washington Post came out that Sessions had met with Kislyak at least twice. This appears to have jogged Session's memory.

There's no way to spin this. Sessions committed perjury.

And not just here in the USA.

So its your belief Sessions and the Russian Ambassador pretended to show up to the VIP reception before Trumps speech at the Mayflower unbeknownst to each other, and then pretended to jostle each other to get their share of shrimp while really whispering to each other something that involved collusion in front of 20-30 other VIP's?

If not, then how do you think the collusion at the Mayflower went down? Just curious.

I expected more terse and direct answers. He appeared defensive and vague.

It does nothing to support my theory that there might not be anything there. These guys create doubt -- Just answer the questions...if there is nothing there , there is nothing to hide. Why be so vague?

Yes in the context of the question asked about colluding with Russians.

Keep spinning.

More importantly, not a single Senator today challenged his explanation or even questioned it.

They know Sessions far better than you do and they were or should have been at the confirmation hearings. The Senate Intelligence Committee obviously has no concerns or beliefs that Sessions perjured himself.

Well even to investigate conspiracy, you should have some evidence.

The Senate Intelligence Committee has made it clear over and over that so far there is not a shred of evidence that there was any collusion.

By the by, Sessions said he had met with the Russian ambassador was because he was a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee. Yet 20 of the 26 senators who replied the WaPo on if as part of the membership on the Armed Services Committee confirmed that they did not meet the Russian ambassador as part of being on that Senate committee.

No. It was not in the context of colluding. This is a lie.

It was in the context of communicating with the Russians.

The Senators have obviously moved on to Comey's firing and to what extent Sessions was involved in that.

However, there are plenty of Senators who are remain concerned about Sessions committing perjury. One of them was interviewed on the news tonight.

Session clearly lied under oath and didn't correct the record until the seven weeks later when the Washington Post published that he lied.

Try as you might, there really is no way to spin this.

The Attorney General lied under oath.

Relax, we'll get there. We still need to hear from Flynn, Manafort, Page, Kushner and others. And Muller's investigation is just getting started.
