Certainly if we don't even try it won't.

The southern border of Saudi Arabia, called "the empty quarter" adjacent to Yemen and Oman. Some maps draw a line but others just show a hatched area that is indeterminate. Basically it is the middle of the Sahara desert.

Ridiculous! No one is saying that we can deter foreign intruders 100% but we certainly can cut it back to a trickle.

No, what makes no sense is continuing to pay $113 billion a year for illegal aliens with those costs rising every year.

Nations don't exist without borders, but they can and do without a physical wall along their borders. The number of countries that do not have a physical wall on their border would be so much longer than the number that do so as to make this exercise almost meaningless.

How many other nations have had an illegal immigration problem like we do? There is no need for a wall along our entire border just build the one already approved by congress in 2006. It was to be built along 700 miles of the most porous areas of our border. It forces illegal aliens to try and cross at more dangerous and difficult areas so fewer will try and the Border Patrol can take care of those areas. Walls are a deterrant otherwise why do we have them around our homes and businesses? See my links under this topic about how the good walls already erected on smaller sections of our border have proven to be very effective in those areas.

Yep. Now to just get others to respect that fact.

Try moving to ANY nation that isn't well-known to be in full collapse, and note that you'd have to be a successful doctor married to a successful lawyer, with tens of millions in liquid assets, and a ton of money to invest in your new nation (since you'll be required to buy a well-established, prosperous business).

But Uncle Sam will still take its tax bite for every dollar you get that originated in America, even long after you've become a citizen elsewhere.

Yes it can. Put a soldier every ten feet with orders to shoot to kill.
