No nation that is recognized won't have a border. However, some nations aren't recognized by other states, like ISIS, which can create tension. There are also border disputes among some states.
If you are talking about the US and Mexico, which I believe you are based on the Trump comment, then you are asking the wrong question. The question is no whether we should have a border (which we should and do), but whether we should have a physical barrier built along the entire stretch of that border.
Nations don't exist without borders, but they can and do without a physical wall along their borders. The number of countries that do not have a physical wall on their border would be so much longer than the number that do so as to make this exercise almost meaningless.
