Would it matter to you if Trump used the word 'recommended' or 'suggested instead of 'told' in the tweet ? I doubt it. The point is that Rosenstein wanted Comey gone for the good of the FBI.
That's not true, but even if it were, who cares? One minute Trump is claiming he made the decision to fire Comey, which was his decision to make, and the next he's whining, "He told me to do it!! Wah! Wah! Wah!"
Trump is definitely his own worst enemy and is digging his own grave. This is going to keep dragging on all the way to impeachment. If he is really innocent, he should shut up and let the entire thing blow over, which it will if there really isn't anything there.
