“Absolutely,” he responded. “I would hold them as an accomplice, make them criminally culpable.”
this falls into the "cool story bro" section.

Why?

Well firstly one needs to find a broken law and as of yet the "Right" has been completely unable to come with one. Doubt it? ask yourself why right wing governors , prosecutors , judicial watch have not come up with a single charge yet?

come on! why has every single person with the power to bring charges, to "cuff" the mayor avoided it while still talking big?

why? well we know why. So far nobody has come up with something likely to succeed and if they fail it is all over. Instead they are hoping vague threats may scare smaller cities into compliance.

Seattle would be thrilled to be the test case, we are ready and actively encouraging you guys. "come at us bros". we would fecken love it. We would love seeing you guys hammered in court.

we double dog dare you. Chicken? chicken righty? bring it on, we would love to settle it in seattle.

Jailing political opponents might sound tempting to dictators, and in Jindahls case it might have something to do with his Indian upbringing.

LV is insignificant. They can be busted just like anywhere else. Take another puff of that meth pipe.

Seattle is another one. Nothing special about that gloomy depressing place. They are irrelevant too, they can be busted just like anywhere else.

Done.

With regard to violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(ii)-(iv) and (v)(ii), domestic transportation, harboring, encouraging/inducing, or aiding/abetting, the basic statutory maximum term of imprisonment is 5 years, unless the offense was committed for commercial advantage or private financial gain, in which case the maximum term of imprisonment is 10 years.

https://www.justice.gov/usam/crimina...1324a-offenses

And if you read the entire law, you'll see that the 5-10 years prison term is for EACH illegal alien.

For mayors, police chiefs, etc., that could easily add up to a 100 year prison term, or more.

Arrest the mayors, etc., who are guilty of the above crime/s, prosecute them, and imprison them. Easily a 100+ year sentence.

Dream on. And the point made was that you were in favor of steps which would endanger citizens that might include your relatives.

FWIW, immigration law offenders qualify for neither a Green Card nor US citizenship. So your assertions are false.
That is not necessarily true. Not speaking on Melania, but there are a few ways an illegal immigrant can earn legal status including a green card and eventual citizenship. The most common is through marriage to a US citizen. However that only applies to those that entered on Visas and over-stayed. Asylum would be another, but very hard to achieve.

Sorry I was there. There were cases of no docs. But the common was falsified particularly when dealing with Countrywide. I would steer my low end clients elsewhere but sometimes the best option was Countrywide.

Melania got her Green Card in 2001. She married Trump in 2015. She didn't get legal status via marriage. She had it before that.
