Ynetnews News - Kushner: 'There may be no solution' to Israeli-Palestinian conflict

I am wondering why Jared Kusher thought he could solve the conflict. Anyone who knows the situation understands that peace without compromise by the extremists will never happen besides the fact you have 2 groups of people that claim the same land.

Any thoughts on the matter?

After watching the circus for 45 years I was convinced of that 30 years ago. Many people think that way.

Its a positive message many politicians have had. Bill Clinton had it and failed but he did manage to try and buy the piece with money and that money is still being paid.

If Kusher said that , then he is displaying gross incompetence by suggesting there may be "no solution" that gives license to either side to pursue a military solution. Complete idiot to say anything along those lines. the idea is to make it hard for them to avoid talking, instead of giving them excuses.

It's almost like the President, and his staff, spoke about solving this conflict without actually having any background on it. Wouldn't be the first thing Trump thought would be a "piece of cake" to solve without having an iota of understanding of what he was speaking about.

And we wonder why having experience in politics, government, or world affairs matters...and not just "anybody" can do these things. Maybe we'll learn this lesson after this debacle of an administration passes.

Yeah, telling people the truth is gross incompetence. No cookie cutter politician would normally do that.

It doesn't matter with the ME idiots. They'll exercise a "military solution" whenever they need to or whenever it's politically expedient.

It's in their nature just like it is in the scorpion's nature to sting.

Having said that, Jared Kushner IS an idiot and so is the entire Manhattan crew that's in the WH. They're waaay in over their heads.

I used to support Israel, but after they allied themselves with the Saudis to fight Iran, forget about it.

The Saudis support the destruction of the state of Israel and the annihilation of all Jews. The descendants of Abraham's bastard child are very resentful people. So, if Israel can live with that, they're on their own.

Yeah, my thoughts are that only inexperienced, delusional, ignorant novices like Trump and Kushner would have imagined they could jump in and solve something that has stymied experts for over half a century.
