If they do, it will be the end of the GOP for a generation or two.

It's interesting watching this mess. I notice the whole Russian fairy is off the table. Trump knew he hadn't done anything wrong, but what Trump didn't know is DC is loaded with ethical tripwires...step on one and bam...instant obstruction charges. So this whole thing was a setup by the Democrats and the never-Trumpers. There was never any collusion, the whole thing was bs. But they did get Trump to blunder into a potential obstruction charge, and if they do vote him out I agree with Michael Savage...Millions of Americans will revolt if the globalists remove President Trump from office or render him powerless, radio host Michael Savage warned.

When Mueller starts closing in and Trump runs out of options and sees the end is near, Trump will resign. He will never go through the personal agony of being proven a liar and wrong.
Trump has never admitted guilt or fault at any time in his life. He incapable of admitting guilt.
He would resign first. I expect him to be gone before the Nov. 2018 mid terms.

Maybe because the OP is subtly demanding Trump leave office if impeached, which has been noted merely charged.

Clinton was also impeached, or charged, and he didn't leave office.

A lot of people think that impeached means removal. I just rolled with it.

Off the table? Not. The GOP controlled Congress just voted for Russian sanctions over Russia's intervention in the election, and included clauses to prevent Trump from circumventing them.

Yes But.............Breitbart and Info Wars have stopped talking about it, so anything you hear about it is obviously fake news

You don't get impeached for screwing interns. You get impeached for lying under oath and obstruction of justice. He claimed that in his mind, oral sex is not the same as "sexual relations", and he played fast and loose with the meaning of the word "is".

The senate doesn't impeach. Only the house does, and they did.

How great would it be if he actually was impeached but the petulant little baby locked himself in the oval office? The doors are broken down and he is hauled away kicking and screaming "WITCH HUNT!!!!!"
