I've mostly stopped watching or reading material from the Fake News industry. Occasionally I do just to see the lies they're going with at the moment but I pretty much can predict the lies they are going to say before they make them up.
Looks like Trump has brainwashed you into believing any media outlet that criticizes him is all lies and fake news and you now have a kneejerk disbelief of anything these media outlets put forth.
I think you have mistaken CNNs news opinion segments with actual news,Eg There will be an eclipse today,CNN is covering it are you suggesting its all fake and there actually is no eclipse and its all just an evil liberal lie?

I've known about the biased media for decades. They have the views of NYC and LA and are globalist based....I normally take a different view. I was also involved for a period of time in something that made the news regularly on the MSM and I realized then how wrong and biased they actually were. Anyway, I don't believe them and know they spin everything to try to manipulate the weak minded....sounds like they have you in their spin.
Yes, there is actually no such thing as 'alt-left'. I watch CNN a little more now that before because they must be doing something right to have Trump and Alt-Right going absolutely nuts. I never watch MSNBC or FOX because they are so blatantly biased, especially FOX.

Now I can't even watch for 2 seconds unless it's something like a hurricane that they're covering. Anything to do with politics is going to be a lecture on how they want me to think, so I change the channel.
I don't view any cable channel, I got rid of cable years ago. I listen to NPR.

I watch CNN during presidentialprimaryseasons because Fox News is loaded with ex-Bushies, RINOs and establishment Republicans and makes me want to puke. I also watch CNN on Election night (midterms and presidential years) because of these reasons:
1. CNN's John King is superb at the Election map. He really is the best at that. Learn a lot from him about different states voting patterns and history. I watch CNN on that night because of him. As soon as the winner is announced I'm done.
2. CNN has better graphics than FNC. More importantly, I cannot read the stationary (not a screen crawl) election counts as the votes come in at the bottom of the screen on FNC. I can on CNN. I have an older TV. FNC has been bad at this for a long time. I'm in it for the numbers that night.
3. Fox uses all of the ex-Bushies, RINOs, NeverTrumpers and establishment Republicans (like Rove and Perino and Stirewalt) on Election Night including Negative Nancy Chris Wallace and the blowhards (like Krauthammer). I hate them more than the Democrats because I have zero expectations of Democrats. I don't like them any other time of the year either, now that I think of it.
4. I was so mad at FNC during presidential and pre-presidential primary season, that I even sampled MSNBC rather than watch FNC. The only thing decent at the time was Faulkner's 7PM Sunday show with LeBoutillier, Schoen and Caddell, Judge Janine and Hannity. I don't watch morning TV.
I have cut my primetime TV news viewing overall by about 80% and mostly because I don't like what FNC has become (I like Lou Dobbs on the business channel, Bartiromo on FNC on the weekend and Gutfeld's show (but not The Five), Hannity, Cavuto (when he's on) and now Tucker Carlson (who didn't have a primetime show until Kelly went away (Thank God). I like Bolling but not The Specialists. Tammy Bruce and Charlie Hurt are my favorite guests. Herridge is the best reporter.
I haven't watched CNN since Presidential Election night but I'll be back for the midterm Election night.
CNN is fake news. They are a propaganda of the left wing rag
And they dont even bother to hide it any more. The whole "oops, we lost the feed" tactic was used multiple times every time Hillary was mentioned in a bad light. Guess what, not 1 single case of losing the feed whenever Trump was getting trashed..i wonder why?
I watch it just as much as any of the other news stations. I don't think it is good to isolate yourself from other viewpoints.
But it is very obvious that their goal is to bring down Trump. They don't really have any news people there anymore. Only "hosts" and "commentators" who have decided that they are at war with Trump. It is clear that they think that it is their moral obligation to bring him down, but is that really news?
Heck, even FOX News still has Chris Wallace and Shepard Smith. Who does CNN have that is still devoted to news?
