It sure seems to be the Democrats saying that blacks aren't as capable as whites and can't figure out how to get an ID or do algebra.
You can't honestly believe Blacks can do as well as Whites academically, or fill out voter registration forms on their own, get a photo ID? (* Note: This is called sarcasm) That's why they need White Democrats.
Should a political party founded by slaveowners and dedicated to the preservation of slavery be abolished?
