Thanks Jowel, this is what was asked for...
I understand there must be gross misconduct.
Perjury is within "high crimes and treason" ??? Thinking of Russia issues perhaps...in the future, pending outcome of Mueller's investigation.

There is obviously lots of room for interpretation, as legal experts get into intense disagreement over much more mundane aspects of law. But essentially, there has to be some gross misconduct rather than simply poor job performance.
Well, do you just want to impeach him because you don't like the job he is doing?
Well, in a word, yes. His non diplomatic ways with other world leaders for another. I am looking forward to article 25; the man probably won't resign, his ego won't let him. He has to know what a lousy job he is doing and the chaos he is causing.
No wonder he twitters; no sleep, thinking of ways to destroy instead of building bridges will do that to a person.

You are just a partisan hack that knows nothing about the laws surrounding any of this. Just parroting what your favorite news channel and friends say.

The multiple investigations into his conspiracy with Putin to influence the election, along with money laundering, obstruction of justice and who knows what else will be dredged up, will be more than enough to warrant an impeachment.
Of course, that would require GOP house members to begin acting like Americans instead of like the partisan hacks they've proven to be so far.
