What should be done? There are probably in excess of 500,000 people in the US on terror watch lists too. You want to round them up and imprison them? For what exactly, and be careful what you wish for, you may be supporting your own summary arrest and imprisonment.

What should be done? Arrest them for anything possible, I'm sure they are breaking laws left and right. Get them out of society as soon as it is confirmed that they are actually a terrorist. Don't wait for them to act. As far as the watch list here, that list is bogus and a great many of them don't belong on it.
It beggars the imagination as to how those living in the U.S. can presume to denigrate or be condescending towards any country other than those actively enduring the deaths from some form of military conflict.
