"President Donald Trump, who was quick to visit both Florida and Texas, even as officials were still dealing with the crisis, has not yet visited Puerto Rico or mentioned the island’s disaster since last week. On Monday, reporters asked why the president sent a dozen tweets criticizing NFL players instead of focusing on the crisis."

Questions mount on size of Puerto Rico relief mission, hospital ship
I heard Drumpf finally say something in regards to Puerto Rico (undoubtedly, that he was nudged to do), remarking "we are making such progress, sending tons of water and food." Later saying, "We are getting such great reviews for all we're doing for Puerto Rico." GREAT REVIEWS?? This is not a performance. But what more would one expect from him, being a completely self-serving dufus. He is all about getting accolades, creating a perception about himself... but is all surface and no depth. He has no connection with or empathy for those suffering and when he visits there, will go through the motions, as usual. Sociopathy = lack of empathy, among other things.

I for one, am sick and tired of having a Sociopath playing president.

The OP was right. Ans the liberals networks are jumping on the panic button with both feet, trying their best to pretend that some tweets about football players somehow was more important or more voluminous that saving lots of lives in Puerto Rico.
What precisely has the 'Don' done?

Citizens are in dire need.

What has he 'done'- executively?

Sure enough, liberal drones are already saying, "See? How dare Trump spend so much more time on football players kneeling for the National Anthem, than worrying about the disaster in Puerto Rico?"

Mission accomplished for the Fake News Networks, as usual.

Big Three Elevate Trump/NFL Spat over Dire Puerto Rico crisis

By Nicholas Fondacaro | September 25, 2017 9:59 PM EDT

Hurricane Maria hit the U.S. island territory of Puerto Rico last Wednesday and since then, there has been an ever-worsening humanitarian crisis. Most of the island was still without power, supplies slow to arrive, and the threat of a failing dam as of Monday. Despite the terrible news coming from the island, the Big Three Networks (ABC, CBS, and NBC) have dedicated far more time since Sunday to President Trump’s spat with protesting athletes than to the Puerto Rican people fighting to stay alive.

Between September 24 and September 25, the Big Three Networks spent a total of 92 minutes and 33 seconds of airtime hyperventilating about Trump's feud with various sports athletes. Compared to the 25 minutes and 45 seconds of total airtime between the three for Puerto Rico, over those two days. That means the networks spent 3.6 times more airtime on Trump’s Twitter war than the humanitarian crisis.
You know why? Because the dip s@$t spends more time tweeting about that than Puerto Rico.

Jesus, that was literally the easiest thing to answer, ever.

Trump knew the Senate could not get enough votes to pass Healthcare 3.0, so he chose to pivot and dominate the news cycles with NFL noise, instead of the evolving humanitarian crisis that impacts 3 + million US citizens.

See? Look, there goes another one!

Trump didn't do anything ... "Deep State" is what saved Puerto Rico. Thank God for the Federal bureaucracy.
