Looks like the NBA doesn't want to step in it and take a financial hit like the NFL did. MAGA

NEW YORK (AP) — The NBA players must stand for the national anthem.

Yeah, it's because human beings are idiots and have made this issue so much bigger than it should be. And I bet these businesses are forced to take such stances to protect profits because of all the complaining people who probably have no clue what the constitution is. It's one thing to have negative protests like Charlottesville, but peaceful protests are a fabric of what this country is built on. The pilica-correctness has spread so bad in this country that disrespect is the new crutch to complain.

And what's going to happen if most or all the players on a team take a knee? Nothing! Those owners won't risk it.

So what do think is going to happen if Lebron James or Steph Curry decide not to stand. Those franchises are not going to do a dam thing because they are the main attraction.

Actually it's funny because those who protest 'kneel' during the anthem; however, kneeling is a sign of respect. ??

Go figure.

Some people won't go, nor watch. I haven't been to, nor watched an NBA game in over twenty years. I just don't think its a good product, so I watch college basketball if at all. Now the NFL is on that list. I won't watch them.

When did the flag and anthem become idols that people worship? You guys treat them like Jesus.
