If you think i am wrong , just think how conservative judges have ruled time and time again to put corporate interests ahead of the workers. It is super mean of me, but i am kind of glad Red states are getting what they think they want. And kind of disappointed to because each time they make their lives worse they blame the left and pretend the "left" made their states dirt poor.
"a conservative panel will erode worker rights..."

Heaven forbid a worker ACTUALLY WORK for their pay and benefits!

Thank you for you bias opinion.

Well he did get his Muslim ban in place, but as far as his claim to repeal the ACA on day one, build a wall, cutting spending that has not happened. We will see about tax reform next month.

Most folk just want to get rid of assault weapons and workarounds.
"who lie about gun control and pretend libs want to take your guns."

You need to more research BEFORE making clams that make you look foolish.

I'll even help you get started. Look up NY's gun laws, Ca. guns laws and of course there is always Sen Diane Finstein for starters.

So yes...conservative judiciaries are exactly how we end up with crap like Citizens United. And posters like the poster you’re arguing with have convinced themselves that retarded rulings such as that are of some benefit to them.
Judge Andrew Napolitano is a strict Libertarian, so their opinions WILL be different.

Seems to me that with Gorsuch replacing Scalia they are back to where they were in any event. People are tending to believe that all the courts in the land are too left leaning, other than very few decisions I don't see the case being made. Trump supporters tend to believe that this administration is capable of far too much, repeal ACA, the wall, balanced budget but none of that has come to pass.

Anthony Scalia was confirmed by around 97-0, it's a shame that Trump is now attempting to politicize the courts well beyond any of his predecessors.
"it's a shame that Trump is now attempting to politicize the courts well beyond any of his predecessors."

Surely you jest!

NO ONE has politicized the judicial process like the dems.

You truly ARE biased!

He signed MORE bills into law then any other president since Truman in his 1st 100 days.

Maybe where you get your "news" doesn't tell you any of the good things Trump has done they are so fixated on trivial B.S. and busy writing retractions and firing their "reporters".

Executive orders are not bills and speaks volumes regarding his inability to work even within his own party to get legislation passed. I doubt that he even understands what he is signing most of the time, like the celebration over that pile of dirt passed in the house a few months back.

EO's and agency regulations are now as important as laws passed by Congress, maybe more important. Bill signing numbers are irrelevant to measure changes a prez makes in the country's direction.

I never liked blue slips for judicial nominees, so am fine with whichever party got rid of that tradition. .

Blue slips have been abused by senators from both parties, but it did add balance and compromise to the judicial appointments.
