In Alabama the bible thumpers prefer child molesters over Democrats.
I assume you believe the Duke guys are rapists. It doesn't matter they were not. They are guilty because they were accused.

How about we make our legal system that way?

When you ask that question, you should ponder it as well. What is happening lately all around the nation, all around the world? What is the "#me too#" movement? Why are women coming out now about Harvey Weinstein? And countless other men, in many different professions, all around the globe?

I believe the victims.

You either are for the perv or not.
Alabama will be for the perv, because he quotes the Bible. That's enough for them.

I'd be stunned if Moore suffers any consequence from this. In Alabama, if you can quote the Bible nothing else matters. I would love to be wrong, but I don't think I am. Watch and see.

There will not be a trial. The SOL bar it. The question is do you believe him or his victims?

Bill Cosby victims waited over 20 years to speak out

Some Weinstein victims waited decades as well

But I can’t expect much from people who voted for a man that think its acceptable to grab woman by their private parts

Again we aren't talking about the legal system the statute of limitations has run out so the issue at hand is the current election and whether or not the accusation is credible. I say the accusation is credible and based on that in my opinion is Roy Moore is unfit to serve.

I asked this same font if he thought it was okay for a judge to give Brock turner 3 Months for rape because he was a “good boy” but never got a response

According to this article in Slate, between 8% and 10% of rape allegations are false.

False rape accusations: Why must we pretend they never happen?

That's enough to not automatically believe. Yes, investigate every claim, but realize some are false.
