This is now the new normal in America. If someone makes an accusation against you and does it in the public arena then you are automatically assumed guilty. Now it's up to you to prove your innocence.
Just an FYI...
The court of public opinion has different standards than a court of law.
Get off your high horse. This isn't a matter of convicting Moore. For that, he would go to jail. This is a matter of voting him into one of the highest offices in the land. So yes, we can judge him with the credible evidence provided.
Its sad so many people are THIS gullible, to believe allegations when its over a seat of Govt power...LOL, Cmon, even I can see this tactic for what it is.
It is a tactic, nothing more, nothing less. I wish more people could see beyond this medieval behavior, to recognize whats really going on.
No, I don't think this should be the new normal. What should be the new normal is women should be heard when they come out and there should investigations to see if there's any truth to the matter.
What's not normal is for these women to be called liars, shamed, threatened, fired or worse!
What's also NOT normal is for a man, who's been accused of sexual misconduct by no less than 16 women and caught bragging on radio and video about doing it, voted President!
I agree .... Bill Clinton should never have been elected president

WHAT CREDIBLE EVIDENCE has been provided? Nothing. At this point it's nothing more then a she said, he said. I'm not gonna send someone to the gallows or hang them in the public square based on nothing more then that.

What credible evidence are you referring to? Last thing I heard was this girl who claimed he wrote a note in her yearbook has since admitted that she in fact wrote the note herself. This damages her credibility severely, if one is to be rational.
What is also questionable is the convenient timing of these unsubstantiated allegations for which the accusers remained silent for years and years, only to come forward just before Election Day. Hmmmm .... makes ya think .... if you are prone to such things as actually thinking.

If America is to be "run like a business" as the GOP wants, please explain where someone could get hired if HR knew about allegations of sexual predation and/or pedophilia? Thanks.
The time to decide who to vote for is AFTER the charges have been settled. It is a very expensive mistake to put someone in a job and have to remove them from it in short order.
As for Bill and Hillarys record of corruption? baseless allegation backed up with no fact whatsoever .
As I said, you must be very young. Baseless allegations they are not. Plenty of facts. You know what they are, you just won't admit it.
As for Condoleeza and Colin Powell (the Democrats always bring this up), they weren't transmitting classified information on their private servers. This claim that, "well they did it too," was discredited long ago. Hillary tried to excuse herself making that claim. Powell called her on it.
