With all the Dems hysteria, outrage, and fake news fear-mongering over the tax bill ("thousands will die", "tax bill only helps the rich")
Here is an excellent article from a small business owner's perspective on how much this bill will specifically help her and most other small businesses.

Tax bill would help ordinary Americans and small business owners like me

No tax bill will ever be perfect, but I think this bill will is worth a try and will help more Americans and our economy than what we have now.

Lets see the final determination of debt created.

I have never seen trickle down work in my 61 years. There is always hope that it works.

What will happen when money starts to slow down as more and more get trapped in saving and stocks. Not from the bottom of the population, but from the top and corporations.

The Top just gets more in their pockets which will not increase their own spending. As seen when Cohen was in that group of CEO's who said they would not hire more, they will buy back stock and do more M&A. Jobs lost for the middle as the higher paying jobs become consolidated.

There are 5.83 +/- million businesses that employ people.

There are 24.3 +/- million businesses with no employees.

Yes, the debt is a big concern. The hope with this plan is that the GROWTH it is supposed to generate
will bring down the debt. At least it is worth a try, as NOTHING we are doing now is working and the Dems have no plans for debt reduction.

The only other way to help reduce debt is to reduce spending by huge amounts, and we all know that will never happen.

Republicans practice supply side economics which are tax cuts for the wealthy and large corporations (and republicans claim those tax cuts create jobs and improve the economy.)

Trumps tax cuts will do the following,

Raise workers income by 0.8%
Raise middle class Americans income by 1.5%
Raise the richest 1% of Americans income by 13.5%
Raise the richest 0.1% of Americans income by 14.2%

Most small businesses will not get tax cuts from Trumps tax plan.

And 86% of Americans with business income will not get tax cuts with the Trump plan.

In reality Trumps "small business tax cuts" are actually for "small business networks" owned by wealthy Americans.
Trump's 'small business' tax cut is for rich people like Trump - Business Insider

Small businesses have no place in supply side economics. And large corporations will get the major benefits in Trumps tax plan, with large corporations seeing their tax rate fall from 35% to 21%.

Obama reduced America's deficits by 2/3.

And Hillary Clinton would have kept our national debt at 85%-95% of GDP (while Trump will raise our debt to 110%-145% of GDP.)

Donald Trump's budget reduces federal spending by $3.6 trillion dollars over 10 years. The spending cuts will be made to Medicaid, food assistance programs, anti-poverty programs, children's health insurance programs, and programs for elderly and disabled Americans.

Republicans also have plans to reduce spending for Social Security and Medicare.

But the republican budget cuts will not lower our deficits and national debt growth, because the funding for those programs will be transferred to the wealthy and large corporations via tax cuts, and the funding will also be used to increases military spending. ex.ex.

good to see President Trump trying to slow down the unsustainable social program spending in this country. Something has to be done.

Too bad the facts, as posted above, don't support that assertion about what Trump is doing.

This tax plan is nothing but crumbs for the working class, huge gifts to the rich, and an even larger bill - to be paid by the working class, of course - down the road. It is voting buying sleaze at its simplest, but many will fall for it... and then blame "Obama" when the consequences of Trump's failures come back to haunt us.

the wealthy people I know are very hardworking. Some people are more successful than others, politics can't fix that.
