Doing anything to the monuments is just poor judgement.

Pandering to this new wave of whiners. I don't like this, I don't like that. It offends me. ****

My turn --- All the trees in the national forest make it hard for me to see very far and if I go hiking I might get lost. I want all the trees cut down or I will sue.

What a bunch of crappola and bs

Those monuments draw a lot of tourists to the area leaving their money to the state.

No attraction = fewer tourists = ??

Poor judgement on those responsible for making the decisions.

The type of tourists these statues attract they probably don't want(ie Charlottesville). It is very good judgement

When the Southern states put up Nat Turner statues, then we can talk.

LOL, you know that will never fly.. They were behind the movement to assassinate Nate Parker's character as time as his film started gaining traction..

Um, OK.

If the citizens of a town own a statue, and they decide they don't want to display any longer, as a matter of principle, do they, or do they not, have the right to make that decision?

Do you have anything better to do than to complain about Memphis?

Tourism is a business designed for profit. If you don't want my money because I am short and fat and you don't like short, fat people, That's fine. I'll give my $ to someone else.

Poor business decision is what it is whether we agree if it is right or wrong doesn't change the facts.
