I haven't studied climate science and don't intend too. I studied the solution being promoted and its BS.
As far as the thread and how it was presented. The only goal was to get a discussion going and it worked.
There is no discussion on whether CO2 has a positive forcing on at atmosphere. It's discussion of how much money do the oil companies needs to pump to make poeple believe we are putting nothing into the atmosphere. Judging from responces here, it's working.
Record warmth in the western states. It was nearly 80 in Phoenix today (normal mid-60s). Must be global warming!

Lies. It's been climate change for at least as long as the UN panel has been around, and that was started in 1988.
It is all cyclical. I think us humans have an effect on the climate and weather but I don't believe it is nearly as extreme as some of the alarmists say.

I guarantee you that the OP and the majority of people who will chime in to concur have no understanding of basic science. Trying to explain this to them is like trying to teach calculus to a newborn. The grey matter just isn't developed enough for them to comprehend it. To them, science is a liberal conspiracy.
We are cursed with a really stupid population in this country. The rest of the world is collectively much smarter than the average American, who still thinks global warming is a myth. SMH at the ignorance we are surrounded by.
