Al Gore said Minnesota’s climate would be like southern Indiana by now. Said we would rarely see snow or ice on the lakes.

So is this the science this BS is based on or not?

Your question is non-sensical. Synapsis occurs during meiosis, which does not happen in nerve or muscle cells. The "crossing over" that happens during synapsis refers to strands of DNA, not neurons. Synapsis should not be confused with "synapse", which is a juncture between two neurons.

Of course, you knew all that, didn't you "doctor"?
