Maybe it's time to reread the parable Jesus told of the Good Samaritan.

Jesus urged us to be hospitable to strangers, not be hateful towards them and throw them out of the country.

Got to wonder what Christ's followers are thinking with all the hatefulness toward anyone whose skin color is darker than a paper bag.

How VERY convenient that the Dems so publicly outed themselves as willing to die on the hill of prioritizing foreign law-violators OVER US Citizens and LEGAL immigrants. Takes any of the guesswork completely out of it. We all now know where Dems' loyalties lie. It's NOT with US Citizens or LEGAL immigrants.

Perhaps you should tell all your Democrap Congressmen and Senators to quit Tweeting. Nearly every one does it. It's the new way to get your message out without the filter of the so-called "mainstream" media. Get used to it. This isn't the 19th centruy.

And by the way, Obama uses/used Twitter too. You just don't like what President Trump has to say.

LOL, the GOP couldn’t even get their own Majority Leader to vote for this CR, but it’s the Democrats’ fault?

Yes all the dems sure did vote against funding to protect something that is illegal.

Yes, a few repubs voted against funding because they wanted more funding for the military....(could have been something else, however, it was NOT to protect something that is illegal).

Now, if you were being intellectually honest, this is a funding bill...how many votes does the senate need to pass a funding bill? 51? Nope...60.....so, thanks chucky shummer....you'd protect illegals rather than feed children....

No - that's going to detract from them blaming the Democrats....sheesh -- but I am curious why they didn't present a clean CHIP bill months ago.

It doesn't make sense.
Because children's healthcare is not a priority to them?

Because they intended to hold it hostage to get what they wanted out of the Democrats?

Because they're heartless and don't give a damn about anyone but their rich donors?

Maybe all of the above?

Claiming the Democrats tricked them into it is a weak argument.
Nice try. You're parroting.

You do realize that it requires 60 votes to pass a budget bill, right? Therefore, the Republicans are not "in control" of this process. Nice try.

I don't know of anyone who is saying the Democrats "tricked" them.

It sure is easier to bicker back and forth than to demand our government do better.

The swamp hasn't changed at all.

So frustrating.

So the left wants government to control our lives, but also believes in anarchy....got it!
