As for this poll, do you think it might be a little NARROW ? That is like saying, "Do you still beat your wife, or have you stopped ?" Either way, you are not going to look very good.

God, I can't wait until they impeach this turd, so we can get life back to normal in this country !
Like the commercial running on cable says "Doctor poses" we aren't doctors in real life but we play them on TV.

As to the poll.
The choice is clear.
The people of the nation are the citizens who instituted government for their protection.

You wait in vain for that which isn't coming. Unlike the family of Ulysses. By all means wait.

Waiting in silence is too much to ask but would be a great service as reasonable people continue about their business.

Yes, this is pretty cynical and juvenile of all concerned, but we should not lose sight of the fact that BOTH parties negotiated in good faith, came up with a compromise that would have passed, and were greeted with cursing and vulgarity when they presented it to Trump.

Clinton caught pneumonia during the campaign and chose to keep campaigning. The disease was easily treatable with antibiotics and within days she was largely recovered.

No one including our "fearless leader" is immune from an infectious disease. He just got lucky because during a campaign, candidates meet thousands of people. Some of them are bound to be sick and bound to pass their germs on to you. If you think that Trump is "superman" and is somehow immune to all that, you'll find out differently before his presidency is over.

What is different about Trump though is that he has a more serious condition: Heart disease.

His doctor tried to read lines he'd been given by the Trump campaign which were designed to tell everyone that Trump had the greatest health in the history of mankind. The problem was he had the misfortune to be questioned by another doctor, Sanjay Gupta at CNN. Gupta questioned Trump's doctor about the significance of finding calcium in the vessels of Trump's heart. That finding was indicative of heart disease. Trump's physician was forced to admit that after he could no longer stay on script.

Heart disease is a more serious issue than a treatable case of pneumonia. Gupta went on later to predict Trump was likely to have a heart attack within two to three years.

It amazes me the way you folks try to slant things. Trump is not the product of immaculate conception or some sort of superman. He's an older white male who is somewhat overweight and in his early seventies. He is not on death's doorstep, but he isn't that healthy either.

If someone is waiting for a heart transplant they would do well to chose Trump's if it was available.

The black wormy heart of a liberal is riskier due to likelihood of infection.

The pear shaped reporters in the W/H/ briefing room overlooked the obvious. The keen eye of those watching their spectacle couldn't help but notice their poor condition both mentally and physically.

Sure. You really believe this, don't you. Proof says otherwise. As for polls, they are about as trustworthy as a Congresswoman in a 51/49 split district.

He is beholden to maybe 10% of the country that is racist and bigoted and anti-American values.

As for Congress, a reading of the constitution is in order. The Congress, not the president, makes the laws. Had Schumer's generous proposal been put on the floor it would have passed with veto proof majorities. Trump and the GOP together are to blame and Americans agree 2 to 1 according to polling. When the GOP can't find the courage to pass laws supported by 90% of the people, it is time to vote in a new group.

This is really the crux of the issue. Trump has proven that he will not honor his word. Congress--and this includes the Republicans--are never going to know if a deal they make with the president today will be honored tomorrow, after they have done all the work to hold up their end.

This is Trump's shutdown precisely because he is the only reason the bipartisan deal the Democrats and Republicans reached was tanked. They had more than enough votes to pass a deal. TRUMP IS THE ONE WHO RENEGED.

Talking tRump says he will not negotiate on DACA until the military and gov. paid. Putting citizen first.

Dear deluded Trumplings:

By now you should realize that tRump sees himself as "a star" much more than as the president of the USA.

This shutdown is something he orchestrated as a deflection, while keeping the focus on him.

And it's working. His fragile ego demands that he remain the center of attention.

"Look over there."

Carry on.
