As a centrist with some Liberal leanings, I believe both abortion and the NRA (the radicalized NRA of the last few decades in particular) are immoral and symptomatic of societal decay, although the abortion situation is improving since there are much fewer than there were a few decades ago. They aren't the only things that are immoral, but both are shameful.
If that means picking and choosing among the Liberal or Conservative agendas, so be it.
