More Civics related damages taking place in America, especially after the Trump Administrations pandering to Big Business over the Health and Safety of American People.
The sidelined rules would have, among other things, required states to conduct annual inspections of commercial bus operators, railroads to operate trains with at least two crew members and automakers to equip future cars and light trucks with vehicle-to-vehicle communications to prevent collisions.
In most cases, the rules are opposed by powerful industries. The political appointees running the agencies that write the rules often come from the industries they regulate.
Many of the rules were prompted by tragic events.
People better WAKE UP from their Hypnotic Consumption over Trump... and actually pay attention to the damages being done to the Civic System of America. If these same people understood Civics and its Education about how things function in America and How we evolved to become a Society with many attributes that protect and service the people of this nation... They'd not be such blind followers, as if they are drunk of fiction and consumed by the ideals of a Greed Chaser.
America is about much more than the pandering to the Ideals of the Wealthy!!!!!! At the expense of our Civil and Civic Systems and Organizations and the People these systems and Organizations Support.
JIM CROW is OVER.... and the ideology of Jim Crow needs to be gone and done with, There is no more pushing policy with aims to deny and diminish blacks people, anything done today, diminishes working poor and poor white people as well. If they actually pay attention, everything during Jim Crow Era that was done to harm minorities, has always harmed poor whites as well. When they look at their lives and look back and realize it, they might learn to wake up.
All they have had over the same system when Segregation Existed to Curtail Blacks, the Only things poor whites got was "A line of Credit", and a circle of living in debt. Which is exactly what they have today, and when that low wage back breaking jobs, that neglects employee health and safety, leave them at 50yrs of age, broken down, with NO Medical Coverage, and Too Young to Get A Pension, and Now, there is No More Pensions for many, because 401k, did not and does not benefit a low wage earner, who can barley earn enough to pay their credit debt. THEY RESULT TO HAVE NOTHING !!! This was not done to them by any ethnic minority in America,... it was done to them by THE WEALTHY.... because they know the Masses of Working Poor and Poor Americans... DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE EDUCATION OF CIVICS.

They now live by the "drama fixes fed to them via talk radio, and the likes of Fox Network and Other Conservative Media....
All the while the Wealthy have gone from being Millionaires, to Billionaires, and now they are Double Digit Billionaires, and still trying to "take from the people" to feed their incessant greed.
This is the results of a society who does not have Civics Education... And live by , bias, bigotry and Conservative aims of separatism and white nationalism.... Never understanding, they have never been seen, nor will they ever be seen as being anything more than an "uneducated disposable service class of people".... The exact same as they were taught to treat and see black people and other minorities their whole life. It takes CIVICS EDUCATION ABOUT AND OF AND FOR DEMOCRACY, to change this mentality and ideology of madness. Such lack of education and generational passed on ignorance has damaged America far too long,
All this talk of Mexican Immigrants is a ruse.... Many small town and rural area all over America, have no Mexican population, and if they do have a few, they are not enough to have taken any jobs from Americans... Especially when the Wealthy continue to have destroyed Industry Across this nation.
Many Ignore these words and the many that have been written, because they don't want to face the REAL TRUTH, and they fear change to see the Truth, because they have become content in their destitute while falling for vain promises from the wealthy, that NEVER materialize in their lives. They fall for the label of the forgotten.. but they are NOT AWARE enough to realize, it was the Wealthy who forgot and did not care about them, when they shipped jobs out of America.
It was not minorities or poor whites, that shipped the jobs away,.... it was done by the wealthy, and the gambling games of Wall Street.... for the profit and benfit of a few among the wealthy... who now control the Right Wing Media and pay the talking heads $20-30 Million a year, to keep pumping the people with the ignorance of the past ideals, and inciting their ego as if to create a posse, while they languish in destitute.

IF... American people had the "CIVICS" Education to understand these things and how it affects us as a nation and as a people, THEN, and only then would people be in support of the efforts that are necessary to change the paradigm... and get back to developing ourselves as a Civic Minded Democracy....
But as long as the people can be "consumed by drama of race bigotry, race bias, race ignorance, race prejudices, and fantasies that the wealthy will give them something, they will continue to be misled and remain unaware and utterly, ignorant of the Civics Principles, that helps them know how to live in a Democracy, and how to support the necessity of Regulatory Governance, in order to be and do so.
The wealthy don't care... if they make a $Billion dollars on something that damages the people, and the courts only make them pay our $100 million, and 60% of goes to attorneys.. the Wealthy still have profited $900 Million and Only had to pay out a pittance to some "damaged citizens, they see as disposable people anyway".
Sadly, the Conservative Mind has been groomed not to understand this. They line up to accept themselves as "disposable citizens" every time they line up behind the Big Corporations and The Wealthy who control them.
One can't fix that level of some many being unaware and ultimately of Ignorance to the real truths because they have been feed drama cycles to ensure they remain unaware of the Real Truths.
One can't fix that without First "RE-EDUCATING THE YOUNG"!!! It is DESPERATELY NECESSARY to Improve Civics Education, so they don't become like their parents of present day... in being Unaware of the Civics of America.
This section is filled with people who address any post where they can spew bias and bigotry, push racist stupidity and ethnicity ignorance. Yet..... They don't engage in the understanding of The Level of Civics Education that Is Necessary in The Long History Of This Nation as being One Of Multicultural America.

Trump talking about a Death Penalty for Drug Dealer.... "Does he understand, that many of those who finance and work the political system to protect the wealthy who finance mass Drug importation.... will be on the list?
When some of the politician who've been bought by drug money, and some of the establishment officials in many areas of our systems whom are paid by drug money, to look the other way are given the "death penalty" for their involvement... Only then... would such a plan have any element of rooting out drug dealing.
Most of the street level drug dealers have no means to mass import anything!!! most of the poor who are caught up in drug dealing, have never had a means to mass import anything. No poor people, were part key player in Large Pharmaceutical companies dumping massive volumes of Opium Substances, be it in the form of Pills or otherwise, into the communities, not in the Rural Areas of White American and certainly not in the Impoverished Minority communities. This was done by the high paid executives at these companies, who took a "blind eye", for the sake of a big paycheck, and a bonus or promotion with a lofty title.
Give those people the first position if there's to be any issuance of death penalty.
Again, people must learn Civics which deal with Fair Legal System of Justice..... and how to Address Crime in our Justice System.
Killing a bunch of poor people, white or black, does not stop the flow of Drugs into American, nor those DISPENSED by big Pharmacy, in America.
When our young Learn the Truth of Civics, they also learn they have a place in America, and American Institution will be managed in a way not only to embrace them, but to make means for them to participate and contribute in the American Industry and Commerce system for employment.
Every State, City, County should create a MANDATE, that ANY COMPANY, that takes any Public Funds or Providion, must sign a covenant that can't be broken, with the Municipality, that they will remain in that location for 25 yrs, and if they break or seek to subvert that covenant by any means, they are slapped with a $1 billion penalty, that goes to that City, State, Country, of which they accept Public Funds or Provisions. THEN, THERE WILL BE NO MORE OUTSOURCING. If they attempt to subvert by any means, that City, State, County can seize the company and maintain its Operations as a Public Enterprise, Run by a Panels voted in by the Citizens of That State, City, and/or County. That is how we may end up PROTECTING the Civil Society, with Civic Responsibility.
We would no long have DEVASTATED community created by Corporate Corruption and Greed.... They will know they have a Civic Responsibility to Americans, both as citizens and consumers as well as Employees.
If they want to open Foreign Location, as long as it DOES NOT Diminish the Local Entity of their Corporation, and Does not Import back to infringe upon the Local Economics... then they can, do so.. for the benefit of their foreign locations, as long as it does not Diminish the Exports from its American Based Location.
