wrong, 45% RTW experience has lasted decades, with no major swings.
My experience is in NJ and I know the different pay scales for union and non-union.
Add in the fact that under current law the union must represent the non-union member and and that is why there has been no change
Once there is legislation saying non-members are not covered or if this decision says it or a union sues to end non-member coverage and then we can see
I believe people should be free to join, or not join any union. I also believe it should be an independent decision vs choosing where to work.
If unions offer a good product, 100% will join willingly, post Janus.
What do you fear post Janus?
No matter how good the product is, many people will opt out of paying dues when they realize that they get the same representation as dues paying members. It would be like if SCOTUS ruled that employers have to offer health insurance to all employees but employees can decide whether or not they want to pay for it
