DUH but a corporation doesn't have to side against NRA members. Would it be okay if corporations sided against and discriminated against democrats or progressive organizations?
Terminating a partnership is not attacking conservatives. Even assuming that all NRA members are conservatives, how many even participate or are aware of that discount?. Its silly, Delta paid for their tax break, whether it was by creating jobs or lining the campaign funds of the GOP. Now Amazon has pulled Atlanta out of the running for their HQ2, its not in the best interest of their constituents which is the only thing that should dictate their actions.
If they care about their constituents 2a rights, then dont pass any laws that restrict it on a state level, thats it, that is your role, you have no role in federal policy. It doesnt have anything to do with Delta.
The next time someone tells you that politicians are not beholdin' to the NRA, remember this thread. Those Georgia politicians care about one thing, the money the NRA funnels into their pockets.
I hope Delta pulls out and sticks it to Georgia.
It's not really about the NRA donations but about 2nd amendment rights and the voters who support it.

Amazon made that announcement? I didn't see that. I saw supposition from people here but nothing from Amazon itself.

More strong arming by some corporations. Either let them dictate partisan progressive politics, give them huge tax incentives or they'll pull out. What a pathetic country progressivism has made.
Then maybe Delta shouldn't **** off people in Georgia?
If the people of Georgia want to boycott Delta, Dicks or Walmart that is fine but this is government exacting political revenge because they don't like Delta's choice. This is overboard for a government to be acting like this singling out one company.
Sure. Local governments can offer anything they want to entice businesses to their states. Have you seen the offers to Amazon for their HQ2?!!
Hawaii offered tax breaks to tech companies to encourage growth.

Yeah, right ! I bet if the NRA pulled their contributions to Georgia politicians, they wouldn't suddenly give a rats' behind about the 2nd amendment. Politicians care about 3 things.........contributions, keeping their jobs, and votes. Period.
