Lol... all the Democrats have are "DNC emails"... I thought Trump and Russia colluded... Democrats are for losers... I guess we will be filing charges against media companies who colluded with Russia by reporting DNC emails... lol... Democrats losing and hating it...

Ok so there is no Russian/ Trump collusion but we can still impeach him asks the Left...
They are so afraid that Trump could actually win in 2020 and that History will show him as a decent President that did some really good things for the country BUT when all this happens I'm sure that the Dems will require an asterik to be placed next to any portrait, statue or carving on Mount Rushmore... The asterik will explain that Trump was a great president but he colluded with Russia.
The Left will never let this claim die because it is the only reason they can fathom of why Hillary lost to him.
That's why I think the underlined portion in the OP is important... in that it gives the Dems a continuing platform to harm Trump in the public view... in the hopes that it effects turnout for the next election.
Think about it - if this whole Russian collusion stuff was not here, what would they complain about? Just the simple right vs. left stuff that has persisted... and he's white with orange hair and a big ego and he's mean. Probably not enough to make a dent in a re-election bid.
How is this ever concluded if Trump is not guilty? ... and if there is no evidence? At what point do they say - there's nothing on Trump?
At this point, with Schiff continually saying there is more than circumstantial evidence (along with all of the other Dems in Congress) - he is going to look like a fool and a liar if there is no conviction. I don't see how this ever ends...
And then if it is shut down without Trump being guilty, would you accept it, or would you whine about it and continue down the same path of whining that has persisted since Nov. 2016?
It's not.
That's why it is such a wonderful thing for the party that has been driven from power at every level.
They can pretend the other side cheated in the election indefinitely.

It’s not about Trump. When Schiff makes those statements it is in the broad sense not specifically directed at Trump. The investigation will conclude when Mueller has all the details on what took place.
