How many south American countries would you consider to be first world nations? I didn't include African countries in my list either since comparing an industrious first world nation with a corrupt failed state banana republic seems unrealistic. All other first world nations on earth have strict gun control but America and all of them have a much lower homicide rate and far fewer mass killings.
No, it's "not it is what is is." You should do some research prior to posting, that way you could actually look some what respectable when you attempt to try and discuss..... which you are clearly failing...
The research indicates gun control works. Only thing stopping it is a contingent of people in the US to stubborn to accept change.
The poster asked why AR-15's are specifically being used for mass shootings and I posted a link to the number of AR-15's being sold. AR-15 sales has increased dramatically over the last several years. I believe its use by spree killers is related to its increased commonality across society.
Amazing how threatened you all are by a "clueless beta male teenager's futile efforts" that you will all run out and stockpile more guns, often paying well over MSRP for them.
So, what are they?
Clueless beta male teenage cucks engaged in a futile effort or such a major threat to the gun industry that you need to stockpile guns and ammo?
If your thread title was true, than the reaction of your fellow gun enthusiasts simple speaks to the lack of logical thought among that particular group.
Nope, prices haven't gone crazy yet. There are still plenty of deals out there. I think this week i might attempt to assemble a complete upper, never have. Assembled plenty of lowers though.
I have heard theories that ssris or anti depressants can cause a psychotic reaction in a small number of users. Either way allowing any clown to buy weapons of war I think is a mistake.
But I don't believe single out semi-auto rifles is the answer. I think if one has passed all the tests (whatever tests those might be), then he/she should be able to obtain the type of weapons of his/her dreams.
I'm in that camp. I think training, education and certification is a great way to help, not just for access but for the sport as well.
I hunt- I have to take a really good Hunter Education course to get a lisc.
I have a CCW- I had to get fingerprinted, have an extensive background check and re-do this every 4 years.
Personally I don't think every swinging d*ck should have access to a firearm. With rights come responsibilities, and there are a lot of current protesters that feel that way.
