Those with missing in action and deceased should be paramount.
This post is about the deceased. Keep politics in another post.
I don't value the dead over the living and I also didnt imply the dead shouldnt be brought home.
How do you seperate politics from the casualties of a political wars?
A typical case of just lying on the fly - comes as naturally as breathing. Does he even know when the Korean War was? Can his followers do simple math and figure out the impossibility of this statement?
I grew up with a boy whose dad was killed during the Korean War so I find this lie particularly offensive.
A soldier killed in Korea would have had to be at least 18. (65+18=83)
Let’s assume that the youngest parent was 18 when their son was born. (83+18=101)
So the youngest parent of a soldier killed in Korea would be roughly 101 years old, and more probably 110 to 120.
What are the odds of “lots of” 100+ year olds being able to attend a Trump rally, let alone make such requests?
Unimaginably low.
I just don't understand why Trump needs to make up lies about things that don't matter.
Like, if somebody asks if you just farted and you say "no," I get that. But why make up some lame lie about parents asking you to bring their kid's remains home? To create some kind of fake dramatic story or something?
Some 101 year old woman came to a Trump rally and begged Trump to "bring her son home" that she's been mourning over for over 65 years?
After being president for 18 months and being proven wrong every time he tells a lie, does Trump still not realize that everything you say as President of the United States will be fact-checked? Or does he simply not care that he tells lies?
