It's time we eliminated the insurance companies that add cost without any pretense of adding benefits and get rid of the Wall Street Mentality that drives Medical LLCs who order all the tests they can find to keep their profits up. It's time to go to a complete expansion of Medicare to cover everyone in the country. Single payer. UHC. Whatever you want to call it. If every other developed country can figure it out, surely we are smart enough to ask them what they are doing and do it as well.
