Someone on another thread mentioned the "Bread and Circuses" episode of Star Trek (the original) but for me, the Trump presidency has always been more of a "Twilight Zone" reprise....
So if there are some tv fans of the series, I thought we might parse which episodes can be appreciated anew in light of our current POTUS and his administration...

I would just like to suggest three--

First, "The Eye of the Beholder"
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Eye_of_the_Beholder
The inability of the hospital staff (reflecting the rest of their society's POV) and their patient to open their eyes to a different form of "beauty" seems indicative of the general political polarization in today's culture--that has been going on for decades really...Trump just exploited and energized it exponentially during his campaign and in his administration...

Second: "It's a Good Life" with Billy Mummy as Anthony, the young boy who sends those who draw his ire to "the cornfield"...

Third (and perhaps not that well-remembered): "Walking Distance" w/Gig Young and Ron Howard as his younger self...

Wow, how original!!! A thread to bash President Trump!!!!

Don't waste your time spewing forth nonsense; you and your cohorts can better use your time and energy to try and find your party's candidate for the 2020 election.

Poor lib-tard cultist collective hasn't reached the "Outer Limits" of their fantasy yet. They go retro for solutions to their failures. They see nothing good in their future.

If the progressives had their way and were running the country, citizens would all be living in a society depicted in The Twilight Zone episode The Obsolete Man (1961). A society which has "proven" that there is no God; a state which enforces a mind-numbing conformity; a state which refuses to respect or acknowledge the rights of the individual or the sanctity of life.

Why not join and try to find one who suits you instead of complaining about others?
