Interesting:

Trump had previously denied knowledge of Cohen's payment to Daniels.

But the president acknowledged the hush deal and Cohen's reimbursement in a trio of tweets following Giuliani's initial revelations.
Cohen, he said, "received a monthly retainer, not from the campaign and having nothing to do with the campaign, from which he entered into, through reimbursement, a private contract between two parties, known as a non-disclosure agreement."
Trump added that such deals are "very common among celebrities and people of wealth," and that it was used in this case to "stop the false and extortionist accusations made by her about an affair.""

Accusations were false..yet still he paid? This does not sound like the same Trump who would stiff small contractors just to save a dollar or two.

Big deal. This is just one of thousands of lies he has told. And it's not news, as we all knew he was lying, from the beginning. Every time he tells an especially big falsehood, his cult cheers, as this is the kind of character they want in that office. They're such fools, that they still think that his criminal ways will spread largesse to them and exclude all the others from benefits of government. This is the version of America he promised them and they are still licking his boots and wagging their tails. Samuel Clemons once said, " It's easier to fool someone, than to convince them that they have been fooled".

Trump would suck at poker, he has huge tells when is lying or trying to hide something. When he is falsely accusing someone of lying he lays it on way too thick and the tone is all wrong.

"Trump added that such deals are "very common among celebrities and people of wealth," and that it was used in this case to "stop the false and extortionist accusations made by her about an affair.""

In this example, he first shows his obsessive compulsion to brag about his status and wealth because he believes that makes him more trustworthy - why would a rich and powerful man like me do something like that? He then uses way too many words for what should be a simple denial. Like a kid giving a report on a book they didn't read, Trump thinks the more words he uses the better. His tone is also all wrong. If I am a married man and a pornstar falsely accuses me of having unprotected sex with her, I am going to be confused and bewildered. His angry arrogant 'how dare she' attitude is exactly how someone would act if they had been caught lying about it.

I think we all know by now Trump is a chronic liar. The only ones who claim to believe him is Hannity and Huckabee Sanders. I’m sure his kids know how much he lies and distorts the truth. Trump was trying to lie about Stormy but she has a great attorney that actually works for his client. So much for Rudy. He’s nothing but a showboater.

Impeachment talk is pointless.

Trump could shoot Pence between the eyes, throw Mother over the Resolute desk and have his way with her.

Republicans would still not vote to impeach.

Even if the Democrats take the House, which is looking like a slim chance at this point, the Senate requires a two thirds vote and that just ain't happening.

Remember this though folks.

1. Bannon in his book indicated there were a LOT more.
2. Avenatti has said he has multiple clients with similar stories.

Trumps committing even more crimes by only disclosing stormy Daniels payoff. And he absolutely knows it and doesn't care.

Study WHY we have the impeachment process we do. Its a gift to a president. When their behavior is so bad that they must be removed, we created a method that did not involve having them assassinated. Because historically this was a major problem. If you study your history you see all the chaos it causes. Assassinations, rebellions, etc etc.

Impeachment was a gift to the president. Without it we get far worse results for them and us.

Even if he paid Cohen where is the crime...or is the left making up crimes as they go along in their hate Trump campaign.

I agree.

But I don't see Republicans voting for impeachment.

Do you?
