wearing a shirt that says "born to kill" is NOT considered normal and well adjusted, and is certainly an indicator.

if the shirt said "born to run" from the boss that would be normal

"Apparently he just wanted to do some killing" is not normal...and is certainly an indicator.

he was/is a nut case...just not documented or reported

You're sort of right. Even a blind pig finds an acorn once in awhile.

Gun CONTROL. That's all ANYONE has ever talked about. Only gun nuts think "they" are after "your" guns.

Aye- all my firearms are in a huge Browning safe, only my wife and I have the combo, and my ammo is kept locked seperatly.

My personal weapon is on my person or tucked away where I can grab it at night.

Access to firearms is an issue. And some people are naive to that fact.

Problem is there are some -- and I believe them to be in the small minority -- that do say things like ban all guns. We don't need guns. That's unrealistic. We need to allow folks to own guns with controls.

I so get why folks are defensive about their gun ownership when you hear some folks says things like ban all guns.

This year will go down in history. For the first time, a civilized nation has full gun registration. Our streets will be safer, our police more efficient, and the world will follow our lead into the future! – Adolph Hitler, 1935, on The Weapons Act of Nazi Germany

Quote:
"The most foolish mistake we could possibly make would be to allow the subordinate people to possess arms. History shows that all conquerors who have allowed their subordinate people to carry arms have prepared their own downfall by so doing. Indeed, I would go so far as to say that the supply of arms to the underdogs is a sine qua non for the overthrow of any sovereignty. So let's not have any native militia or native police. German troops alone will bear the sole responsibility for the maintenance of law and order throughout the occupied Russian territories, and a system of military strong-points must be evolved to cover the entire occupied country." --Adolf Hitler, dinner talk on April 11, 1942, quoted in Hitler's Table Talk 1941-44: His Private Conversations

Registration is only a step.
The prohibition of private firearms is the goal." Janet Reno

"There is no reason for anyone in this country -- anyone except a police officer or military person -- to buy, to own, to have, to use a handgun. The only way to control handgun use in this country is to prohibit all guns." Bill Clinton

"If the opposition (citizen) disarms, well and good.
If it refuses to disarm, we shall disarm it ourselves." Josef Stalin

interesting how the liberals, fascists, nazi's, communists are the ones who want gun control....hmm

I do agree the father should be convicted of manslaughter for letting his mentally deranged son take his guns and murder innocent people. He had the responsibility to keep them away from the kid.
I've said forever a shotgun is more lethal than an ar but the "EXPERTS" said I was wrong. The experts that know zero about firearms. Of which there are about six on here claiming they are the know it all.

Agreed on the dad. There is absolutely no excuse for a troubled teenager getting his hands on his father's guns.
You are a crystal ball type huh? Hilarious... keep rubbing that rabbit's foot.

Any firearm can kill. Is that disputable?
