All of the school shooters were bullied. It's time to crack down on this. Eliminate all bullies and group them all together in schools for bullies. This will create a near utopia experience for the non-bullies in the mainstream schools. The bully schools will be an interesting social experiment. Will bullies try to bully each other even if they all have the predator personality type?

Be prepared for lawyers. Most of the bullies here have rich parents who deny that their kids are trouble.

It's more than past time to hold schools, both administrators and teachers, responsible for allowing bullying to continue day after day. By rights we should be criminalizing bullying behavior and going after both the bullies as well as those that allow it to happen.

Only problem is, with today's digital age, bullying doesn't exist solely in the classroom anymore. It's extended to the internet...

Here's an idea, end the zero tolerance BS. That way people can actually fight back. Or if not the victims themselves, others could get the bullies to back off.

Eliminating bullies will just spawn new bullies as there will always be someone waiting in the wings to take over.

All the conservatives would be considered bullies then.

Yep exactly it’s a pecking order, even if you get a bunch of clones a pecking order will exist, take the alpha out, and a new one will take its place, essentialy a perfect representation of the hydra.
