Good luck with the lawsuit, is he paying out of pocket or is it some right wing group.
"Clinton’s actions were negligent." RIGHT!

Explain HOW setting up her PRIVATE server which she used for ALL of her gov't business was "negligent.

She set up ON PURPOSE, NOT by accident.

She was given one on one instructions on how to handle classified material, probably NOT the FIRST time, and IGNORED ALL OF IT.

I think he has a good case.

Clinton is guilty of stupidity while this guy acted against something he knew was against policy.

And I still can't figure out how anyone in their right mind thinks the President (any President) has the time to personally spearhead who is/is not singled out for investigation and trial.

"Clinton is guilty of stupidity while this guy acted against something he knew was against policy."

I don't think I have read a MORE STUPID claim.

On Animal Farm all animals are equal, though some animals are more equal than others.

Not the same thing. I would know I was doing wrong when I robbed the bank.

Hillary didn't know that a private server was wrong. She asked other Secretaries of State what they had done, and she made a choice that she thought was the best choice. It wasn't. But again, there is zero evidence that her bad choice had bad consequences. There is zero evidence national security was compromised. ZERO evidence.

Stupid are the people who think that as First Lady she had e-mail. Times have changed, grasshopper. The fact that you don't remember the 1990's isn't Clinton's fault.

She made a ton of bad choices yet was still the nominee.

Hillary decided that breaking the law, mishandling classified information, putting it on a nonsecure server in a privately-owned building, was the "best choice"?

Best for whom?

so in reality our justice system is not a two tiered system but rather multi tiered.

And it's not a good case to assert a two-tier system. The sailor took pictures with the clear intent to share them with someone who wasn't authorized to see them. Secretary Clinton had no intention of sharing information with persons not authorized to see them. A significant difference.

Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—

Intent isn't a requirement for guilt.

Comey's suggestion that Clinton needed to do more than store this information on an unauthorized server is simply Comey covering for Clinton as part of a larger conspiracy to avoid charging her with violation of federal law.
