Intent isn't a requirement for guilt.

Comey's suggestion that Clinton needed to do more than store this information on an unauthorized server is simply Comey covering for Clinton as part of a larger conspiracy to avoid charging her with violation of federal law.
Clinton was a classifying authority. She could classify or declassify anything that was initiated in the State Dept. Her decision alone was sufficient to determine classification. So no she did not improperly handle classified material if she says she did not.

And she used the normal classified equipment for the normally classified stuff. There is actually no charge that any significant document or such was moved to her private server.

Comey was no friend of Clinton. He was a Republican boy scout and should have been removed after the July announcement.

Petraeus was a plea deal not a conviction. It was simply a convenient charge to use. Proved nothing.

THAT s why the handling of classified material is so serious, unless you are a dem or a clinton.
Like I stated Petraeus would have been a better comparison for the sailor. Someone will get convicted of a serious crime 10 years from now and someone will bring up Clintons server. The sailor doesn't have a case and under normal circumstance no one would care.

Pardoned sailor suing Obama tears into 'domestic enemy' James Comey: 'The true enemy of the state'

"I'm going to fight for this as long as I have a breath in me ... When I was in the military I fought enemies foreign, and now I fight enemies domestic, and that's really what I believe Comey is. He's a domestic enemy."
