I've addressed this over and over. They can ask, you can tell them to bugger off. They can ask to search your house for any old reason they want to. That doesn't mean they can grab you to force them to allow them when you refuse.

It depends, in some states open carry is legal, such as where I live in Pa. open carry is legal and you don't need an LTC. If you conceal carry you need an LTC.

Until they address the killing in their own neighborhoods in Chicago, they will never succeed. I see it as a complete and utter failure, created to drive a wedge between races.
