So the Bible-thumpers and fig-leaf hangers are still trying to repeal the sexual revolution -- while the ego-centric and the short-sighted remain determined to exploit it to the maximum, with no regard for anyone else.
Historically... the HIV/AIDS starting with a gay Airline steward and spread quickly in the gay community because of casual gay sex. And they it jumped to women because of the bi-sexual men.

If all LGB people have to take the blame for negative consequences of anal sex, than so do the millions of straight people who practice anal sex. There isn't a single thing LGB couples do that wasn't already done by straight people. So everyone who has been promiscuous, used dirty needles, etc. is responsible for the AIDS crisis.

I watched a documentary about gorillas where all the females left a group of gorillas. After the females left (most) of the male gorillas started doing sex acts with each other. But then a new group of females joined the group, and then the male gorillas stopped all homosexual behavior.

Again... historically... the AIDS epidemic started in the gay community.
Otherwise, there have also been articles about the problem with closeted gay and bi-sexual black males giving AIDS to their female partners. Being gay or bi-sexual is not accepted in cultures that are very machismo.
Black/African Americana gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with menb are more affected by HIV than any other group in the United States. In 2016, African American gay and bisexual men accounted for 26% (10,223) of the 39,782 new HIV diagnoses in the United States.c

They call us "snowflakes" for not wanting to be bullied into submission, but they lose their minds as soon as a celebrity or popular fictional character is revealed to be gay. Look at all the butthurt going on right now over in the Anne of Green Gables thread.
