Sounds to me like they should have been paying her at a lower rate. Other than that, I have no problem with this if she has a documented medical issue.
Sounds to me she should have been fired much sooner. And someone with your attitude should never be taken seriously.
Government workers get an unfair rap because some parts of the country like my former home Chicago have horrible reputations for crony jobs, ghost jobs, do-nothing jobs and a host of other wrongdoing.
Sorry but its nothing unique to Chicago or "some parts", its wherever there is govt. The stereotype exist for good reason. Google the terms cronyism, ghost jobs, do nothing jobs and govt corruption and get back to us in a few years.

You cannot indict Government Federal, state, local until the majority is found practicing this 3 hours a day napping ritual.....
David Goldstein is a local reporter who follows city, county and state workers around with his camera, recording them going to strip clubs, using company cars and trucks for personal business, sleeping on the job. When he does follow up stories, the employees are still there.
