You know he's not going to be impeached (and removed from office) so why keep trying to keep the hallucination alive? Seriously, I highly doubt there's much a President could do nowadays that'd get 'em removed no matter how much the TDS infected scream,hope and dream.
Congress just won't do it as it sets such a bad precedent and is dangerous because it could come back and bite them in the butt given all the crap they pull on a daily basis (sex abuse slush fund or insider trading as an example).
As for not being re-elected? Too soon to tell. If the economy is humming along, employment is up and we're not in any major wars or "police actions" I wouldn't bet against his re-election.
