Yes and that was a very smart strategy.

Nobody is suggesting something horrible didn't happen to Dr Ford but she is mistaken. It wasn't Kavanaugh.

The woman came across as believable but also a bit of a wreck.

It's safe now to vote for Kavanaugh while at the same time being sympathetic to Dr. Ford.

I think Flake will vote yes. Manchin, I'm not sure. I have long thought Flake might be the stinker, but his comments in the hearing were fine. But, Trump went to WV to campaign against Manchin - a mistake in my view.

She remembers only having one beer but can't recall how she got to and from the party? Yeah ok

I remember instances like that also, I was also WAY beyond functionally drunk. But I guess saying, yeah I was sooooo s***-faced doesn't lend the most credibility to an accusation.

What will the Loony Leftists do after Kavanaugh is confirmed? Burn down the Capitol building? Poison the Potomac? Bomb the Empire State Building? Kidnap the children of Republicans?

New rule? Someone better tell the judges.

In 27 years of trying cases in front of hundreds of judges, I have never seen a judge not show emotion.

Maybe we can set up AI computers as judges. they might be emotion free. Humans? Never.

Kavanaugh claimed the reference about the "Devils Triangle" was a reference about a drinking game. The "Devils Triangle" is about a sex game with a threesome, two men and one woman.

We already made a mistake in 2016 giving a maniac power in the executive branch, we don't need the judicial branch infected with that kind of craziness too.
He sounded do a little too confromtative IMHO and too defensive yet didn't want to confirm that he claimed it was a Democratic hack-job on him. Is it, I doubt it or if it is, there isn't much fakeness in it but rather timing issues of when it was put out there.

Now let me say this, I'm not sure I wouldn't act the same had I been in his shoes. Then again, I would offer concrete evidence that this never happened, and not some silly calender that could be wrong. Let's face it, plans change or could be fronts. Yes, I've seen enough Law & Orders to know about false alibis and I think in a way this is happening here. Especially due to that third woman who said she was abused at a party with that same set up.

Her story makes no sense. I'm not saying she's lying but she doesn't seem connected to reality.
